Your purchase grants a license to use the photos/videos only to the extent of the rights owned by the album owner/photographer.
It does not automatically include third-party permissions (for example: a person’s likeness, a private venue’s property rights, trademarks/logos, or other protected rights).

- People in the photos: Some images may include friends, strangers, staff, performers, or other identifiable individuals. Many public-place photos can be used without a model release for editorial/personal uses, but commercial/advertising uses (e.g., endorsements, paid ads, product promotion) may require a valid model release.
- Private venues / private events (important): If a photo was taken in a private venue (venue, studio, ticketed event, private property, etc.) and includes identifiable people or venue branding, you are responsible for obtaining any required permissions/releases from the venue and/or individuals before using that specific photo for commercial/advertising purposes. Until those permissions are obtained, commercial rights for that specific photo are not granted under this purchase.
- Minors: If any identifiable minors appear, a parent/guardian release may be required for many uses (especially commercial). Do not use those images commercially without proper releases.
- Trademarks/logos/likenesses: Visible trademarks, artwork, or recognizable properties may impose additional restrictions; you are responsible for clearing those rights when required.
Responsibility: You agree that your use will comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
The album owner/photographer is not responsible for your downstream use, and you will not represent that any pictured person or venue endorses you or your project unless you have explicit written permission.
