Building a Travel First Aid Kit
Keep it small. For minor cuts, scrapes and pains. Always leave original labels on pill bottles. Make sure to include:
- Ibuprofen
- Melatonin
- Traveller’s Diarrhoea Pills
- Altitude Sickness Medication
- Small Scissors
- Bandaids
- Polysporin
- Nail Clippers
- Tweezers
- Sunscreen
- Burn Kit
- Miniature roll of duct tape with gauze: great to help cover up ankle blisters.
